As part of a comprehensive energy audit, an energy analysis was conducted for three zones of the Importanne Center: the business building Tower O3, the business building Tower O5, and the shopping zone. Three separate energy certificates were issued for these areas, with all three zones classified under energy class B. During the audit process, energy consumption optimization measures were also proposed, including the installation of photovoltaic systems on the rooftops to supply the buildings’ own energy needs. Additionally, a feasibility study was conducted for the energy efficiency measures proposed in the audit, including an economic analysis and profitability assessment, identification and evaluation of financing sources, and the development of an implementation plan.
