Employees of Plus Minus have provided services to various domestic and international financial institutions, investors, and funds over the past 15 years (EBRD, IFC, WB, GiZ, UNDP, UniCredit Bank, Raiffeisen Bank, NLB Bank, microcredit foundations in BiH and the region, GGF fund, private sector, and public institutions in BiH and the region) in:

• developing project documents,
• realization of project activities,
• development of laws and bylaws, financial mechanisms and models that enable the implementation of projects in the field of energy, environmental protection, and mitigation of climate change,
• placement and implementation of activities of credit funds, grants, and co-financing of projects,
• development of EE credit products and loan placement/realization strategy for microcredit foundations and commercial financial institutions in BiH and the region,
• training of employees of financial institutions on the placement of credit funds intended for energy projects (EE and RES), environment, and climate change.

• identification of energy and water cost savings in the production process and administrative and production facilities of the company,
• offering more options for technical and economic optimization of the production plant,
• support for identification and implementation of co-financing investments through favorable loans and/or grant funds.

Besides, we are able to perform the subject services according to the profit-share principle (principle of profit-sharing/savings), after the successful implementation of the project. Therefore, we take on the risk for work, solutions, and project management until the realization, and only after the realization of financial savings, which are the result of activities to optimize energy and water consumption, we charge for our services. Plus Minus offers support services in establishing an Energy Management System EN 16001 – ISO 50001.
